Collaborative or shared decision making assures that issues and decisions affecting our children's Montessori education are made jointly by Denison educators and Denison parents and students.

CSC Goals:

• Represent student, parent, and faculty issues concerning parent education, safety, finance, etc.
• Develop an annual school improvement plan
• Determine how and where resources are to be used
• Determine where staffing or personnel vacancies exist and how they should be filled
• Develop student conduct expectation and rules that promote a nurturing and positive school climate

CSC meets the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m.  Meetings are open to all Denison parents and teachers. Parents and teachers can request that an issue be placed on a meeting agenda. Parent representatives are selected by a vote of the parents and faculty representatives are selected by a vote of the teachers. CSC representatives serve two-year terms. Current CSC members are:
